Two minutes, and TradeFlow365 opens like any other app on your phone: no browser tabs, no address bar.
What this actually does
TradeFlow365 isn't in an app store. It installs straight from your browser instead, and works exactly the same way once it's on your Home Screen. You'll notice:
- No browser tabs: it opens in its own window, not alongside everything else you have open.
- No address bar: the full screen is TradeFlow365, not browser chrome.
- Opens straight to your diary: not a website homepage, since it's already signed in as you.
- One tap from your Home Screen: same as any other app icon.
You'll usually be offered this once, automatically, the first time you visit TradeFlow365 on your phone after finishing (or skipping) Business Setup. This page is here for whenever you want to do it manually instead. Nothing below is required.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open TradeFlow365 in Safari (this only works in Safari itself, not Chrome or another browser on iPhone).
- Tap the Share icon in the toolbar (a square with an arrow pointing up).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top right.
Android (Chrome)
- Open TradeFlow365 in Chrome.
- Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right.
- Tap Install app (sometimes shown as Add to Home Screen).
- Confirm.
On some Android phones, Chrome offers this itself as a small banner or button near the address bar before you even open the menu. Either route ends up the same place.
Desktop
This is a phone-focused convenience. On a laptop or desktop you already have a full browser window and can pin or bookmark the tab, so there's no install step to look for there.
Troubleshooting
- Don't see “Add to Home Screen” on iPhone: you're probably not in Safari itself. It has to be opened in real Safari, even if Safari isn't your default browser.
- Opened from Instagram, Facebook, or another app's built-in browser: those in-app browsers don't support installing at all, on either iPhone or Android. Open TradeFlow365 in Safari or Chrome directly instead.
- Don't see the option on Android: it usually means TradeFlow365 is already installed. Check your Home Screen and app list first.
- Installed it, but it still opens in a browser tab: make sure you're tapping the Home Screen icon itself, not a browser bookmark or a link from a text message.
