Drafts your quotations

Describe a job by voice or typing. Build My Quote drafts the full document: cover letter, scope of works, priced line items, and a message to send the customer.

Categorises your jobs

Quietly suggests which of your own service categories a job belongs to, and learns from any correction you make. It never invents a category you haven't defined.

Learns your business during setup

Paste your website during Business Setup and it drafts a starting trade, service area, and business overview for you to edit, the same way it drafts a quote.

What it doesn't do

This matters as much as the list above, maybe more.

Price a job or send anything without you seeing it first.
Invent scope beyond what you actually described: no measuring, no guessing at defects from a photo.
Message your customers on your behalf.
Require you to use it. Every AI-assisted step has a plain manual path right next to it.

How it learns your business

Everything it knows comes from what you actually teach it, never from guessing.

Company Knowledge: a short business overview, your preferred recommendations, and your writing style, taught once in Settings.
Favourite Quotations: up to five past quotes you mark as genuinely good examples, used as style references, never copied word for word.
Business Setup: the first-run journey that lets AI draft your trade, service area, and starting services from your own website, so you're editing, not typing from a blank page.

None of this is required

Every one of these is optional, and every part of Business Setup can be skipped or dismissed. TradeFlow365 works from day one without any of it. It just gets a little more like your business, the more you tell it.
