TradeFlow365 is job management software for trade businesses. This policy covers the TradeFlow365 application itself — not how any individual trade business you deal with separately handles your data.
Account details you provide (name, company name, email), the business data you enter to run your company (customers, jobs, quotes, invoices), and standard technical information needed to operate the service securely (login sessions, error logs).
Subscription billing (£25/month after your 14-day trial) is handled entirely by Stripe. TradeFlow365 never stores your card details directly.
To operate the service you've signed up for, and nothing beyond that.
