Send Quote and Resend Quote both work the same way — a few seconds to change your mind before anything actually goes out.
A small “Quote sent” message appears straight away, with an Undo button next to it and a ring that counts down. The quote hasn't actually gone out yet at this point — it only really sends once that countdown finishes.
Nothing was ever sent. The button goes back to normal, and you can edit the quote or try again whenever you're ready.
The countdown only works while you stay on that page. If you close the tab, navigate away, or your phone locks partway through those few seconds, the quote won't send — the same as if you'd tapped Undo yourself. If you're not sure whether a quote actually went out, check the job's status: it only shows Sent once it genuinely has.
If you'd rather Send Quote just send straight away with no countdown, go to Settings → Company, scroll to Quotation defaults, and untick “Give a few seconds to undo after sending a quote.” This applies to everyone at your company, not just you.
